The 220 kV Oil-Immersed Power Transformer incorporates advanced manufacturing processes. Its core is automatically cut to achieve high precision and minimal burrs, adopts a non-stacked upper yoke design, and is coated with dual-curing adhesive and bandaged. The windings are vertically wound using a numerically controlled tensioning device. The active part is assembled with a phase-assembly process, while the leads are integrally pre-assembled. The active part undergoes fully automatic vapor phase drying with kerosene.
Its design features a rational structural arrangement. The core adopts a multi-step stepped-lap fully inclined configuration to reduce no-load losses and noise. Inner support round bars are used inside the core, and pressboard cylinders are applied to the windings to enhance short-circuit withstand capability. The windings utilize baffle plates to guide and circulate oil flow, thereby reducing winding temperature rise. Special-shaped radiators are employed to raise the heat dissipation center, which lowers the oil surface temperature rise. In addition, all internal insulating components and metal structural parts are rounded to reduce partial discharge.
Our product quality is strictly controlled in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality system. The SSZ11-240000/220 transformer has passed all national type tests and sudden short-circuit tests. Other voltage combinations, loss values, connection groups and capacities listed in the table are available upon customer request.
Advanced scientific calculation software is used for electrical, magnetic, thermal and mechanical analysis. It computes electromagnetic field and leakage flux distribution, performs wave process analysis, and selects reliable insulation margins, thereby ensuring reliable product performance.
