The 110 kV Oil-Immersed Power Transformer features a core constructed from high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel sheets assembled in a multi-step stepped configuration, with a cured varnish coating on the surface, offering low losses and low noise. A comprehensive positioning structure is provided between the active part and the tank, ensuring stability during transportation and operation. The tank wall is fabricated using a one-step formed corrugated structure, which increases the mechanical strength of the tank while providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The windings adopt an inner and outer support structure, and high-strength pressboard cylinders are used between the core and windings as well as between windings, effectively ensuring short-circuit withstand capability. The transformer is suitable for applications including power plants, substations, and industrial facilities.
