The 35 kV Oil-Immersed Power Transformer features a core constructed from high-quality grain-oriented silicon steel sheets assembled in a multi-step stepped configuration, with a cured varnish coating on the surface, offering low losses and low noise. The windings adopt a new oil duct structure optimized for heat dissipation, combined with refined insulation technology and a rational structural design, which effectively enhances the cooling capacity and short-circuit withstand capability of the windings, ensuring reliable operation. The tank wall is fabricated using a one-step formed corrugated structure, increasing the mechanical strength of the tank while providing an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The transformer is manufactured in accordance with national standards GB 1094, GB/T 6451, and equivalent international standards. It is suitable for applications including power plants, substations, and industrial facilities.
